Lake Martin RV Resort has 103 lots that are privately owned. Covenants and Bylaws have been established to place certain restrictions on lands and improvements as well as to provide an orderly and efficient management of the Resort.

Current monthly HOA dues are $85. This includes water, sewage, lawn maintenance and garbage.
